Software Engineer – Mid+/Senior

We’re an tour operator with a small but skilled team of two software engineers and a test engineer on location, as well as an external team of two software engineers located in Poland. We’re building everything from consumer-facing web-solutions to internal tools and APIs tailored for our partners — and we move fast.We’re looking to hire one experienced software engineer, but if we meet two exceptional people, we’ll make room.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain applications primarily using Java (Spring Boot) and TypeScript (Angular)
- Work across consumer-facing solutions, internal tools, and integrations
- Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders and fellow engineers to deliver features with impact (yes, you can actually get instant feedback on your work and ideas!)
- Less meetings and more time to code. We value your time.
- (Optional) Dive into DevOps and deployment pipelines (Kubernetes, Docker, TeamCity, Bitbucket, Git)

What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot) and TypeScript (Angular)
- Proven track record in delivering production-ready solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities. We have a solid road map for the next 2+ years, but if we stumble upon a great idea, we are not afraid to change priorities and pursuit opportunities.
- A mindset that balances technical excellence with delivering customer value
- Bonus points if you enjoy DevOps
