Not many hotels can boast of a view of one of the 7 wonders of the world, but Gran Melía can. It enjoys a truly unique location in the heart of the lush jungle inside Iguazú National Park, with an indescribably beautiful view of the falls.

The luxurious hotel has 183 rooms, all with balconies either overlooking the jungle or the falls. The rooms all offer Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, ironing facilities, a minibar, a safe, a hair dryer, bathrobes and toiletries.

Your breakfast (included) is served in the hotel’s main restaurant, Merkado Restaurant. We dare to bet you won’t go hungry from the sumptuous breakfast buffet! The restaurant is also open for lunch and dinner and serves exquisite local and international cuisine. If you’re into wine, there is a large wine cellar at the restaurant, where there should be something for everyone. It  goes without saying that the restaurant overlooks the falls.

The hotel has a large swimming pool in the garden where you can take a refreshing dip or just lie with your eyes closed and listen to the roar of the falls – pure therapy.

If you fancy a spot of pampering, visit the Yasí SPA, which is included in the price. However, massage or wellness treatments do cost extra. You can also use the gym free of charge and participate in yoga classes.

The hotel has several bars and cosy lounge areas where you can have a light lunch or relax with a cup of coffee.

The sunset is best experienced from the newly built roof terrace with a cool drink in hand and, of course, the wonderful view.
