Our holiday destinations in Central and South America

Cuba

Cuba is an island state in the Caribbean Sea to the east of Mexico, known, among other things, for salsa, old American cars (Yank Tanks) and cigars.

In Cuba, you can experience vibrant cities such as the capital Havana, unique nature and fabulous Caribbean beaches in Varadero and Trinidad.

Costa Rica

Costa Rica is a Central American country, bordering Nicaragua and Panama.

The country, which might just be the most beautiful country in the world, offers wildlife and outdoor experiences in a class of their own in some amazing and beautiful national parks.

Discover the Costa Rican “Pura Vida” on a tour or self-drive tour of this stunning country.

Peru

Peru is located in the western part of South America, west of Brazil and Bolivia.

Here, you will, for example, discover a multicultural society in Lima, the world famous sights of the Inca Empire at Machu Picchu and the beautiful scenery of Lake Titicaca and the Colca Canyon.

Mexico

Mexico is sandwiched between the US to the north and Guatemala to the south.

Experience one of the world’s largest cities in Mexico City, the historic treasures of the Mayan and Aztec civilisations, such as Chichen Itza, and beautiful white sandy beaches of Playa del Carmen.

Argentina

Argentina is located in the southern part of South America and is known as the homeland of tango.

Discover charming neighbourhoods and tango in the vibrant city of Buenos Aires, glaciers and other unique nature in the Los Glaciares National Park as well as the legacy of the Spanish colonial period in the charming city of Salta.

Selected tours to Argentina are combined with a tour to Chile or Brazil.

Colombia

Colombia is located in the north-west of South America, with coasts out to the Pacific and the Caribbean Sea.

The country offers diversity and lots of interesting contrasts. Explore the charming and colourful colonial city of Cartagena, the magic of the Coffee Region and exciting history at the ruin complex, Ciudad Perdida.

Brazil

Brazil is the largest country in South America and offers some of the world’s greatest sights.

Discover the world-famous beaches and icons in Rio de Janeiro, stunning scenery at the Iguazú Falls and a fusion of history and culture in the charming city of Salvador.

Ecuador & Galapagos

Ecuador is located in the north-western part of South America, and 1,000 km west of Ecuador you will find the Galapagos Islands – truly a destination for nature lovers!

Our tours to Ecuador offer historical experiences from the Spanish colonial era and the rich culture of the native peoples. In Galapagos, you cruise between the beautiful islands of the archipelago, which are bursting with wildlife and unique ecosystems.

Chile

Chile, the long country on the south-west coast of South America, offers serious geographical extremes.

Experience the snow-capped mountains and turquoise lakes in the Torres del Paine National Park in the south, geysers and desert in the north, and the beautiful capital city Santiago de Chile in the middle.

Guatemala

Guatemala, south of Mexico, is a fascinating Central American country with a unique cultural heritage, stunning scenery and welcoming locals.

Visit, for example, the wonderful Tikal National Park, where you will discover Guatemala’s unique history and cultural heritage of the Mayan civilisation.

Panama

Panama sits on the narrow strip of land connecting the North and South American continents.

Here, you can explore Panama City, a place where futuristic skyscrapers stand alongside charming colonial districts – and, of course, the iconic Panama Canal, a man-made shortcut linking the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.
