When hunger strikes, the hotel offers two excellent dining options. Mangata Bistro & Bar has a relaxed atmosphere and serves Australian dishes inspired by the flavours of the local bush tucker. If you’re looking for a slightly more exclusive dining experience, visit Arnguli Grill, where quality Australian produce is combined with local ingredients such as spices, seeds, and grains. The atmosphere here is more intimate, and booking a table is recommended.

As a guest at Desert Gardens Hotel, you also have access to the many facilities and experiences at Ayers Rock Resort. A free shuttle bus travels around Yulara approximately every 20 minutes, making it easy to reach the Town Square, with its shops, supermarket, and cafés, as well as the resort’s other hotels, restaurants, and facilities.
