Experience Bogotá on two wheels and avoid Bogotá’s at times chaotic traffic queues.  The ride starts in the old town of La Candelaria, where you pass several beautiful churches and squares and admire the different architecture. You also pass the large bullfighting arena.

You make a stop at a typical Colombian fruit market, where you taste a delicious, freshly squeezed juice.

Along the way you will see a lot of nice graffiti, which Bogotá and the rest of Colombia are very famous for.

If your bike ride is on a Sunday or a national holiday, you will experience the event known as Ciclovia, which translated means bike path. During Ciclovia, nearly 200 km of roads are closed to cars in Bogotá city centre, and from 07.00 am to 2 pm, they are reserved for cyclists and other people enjoying exercise.
