The intimate little The Pinnacle Ella is set in an incredibly beautiful location in Ella’s mountainous landscapes. There is a phenomenal view of Ella Gap with Ella Rock and Little Adam’s Peak on either side.

The hotel has just 8 rooms, so there is ample opportunity to enjoy the unique tranquillity. All rooms are spacious and decorated with colourful fabrics and traditional dark wood furniture. They offer air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, a safe, coffee/tea making facilities, a desk, a seating area and a bathroom with shower. All rooms have panoramic windows, so you can enjoy the picturesque views no matter where you are in the room. There is also a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the views and tranquillity.

It is cooler up here than in the rest of the country, but perhaps a dip in the pool is tempting anyway? Sun loungers provided, so you can relax with a good book.

The hotel restaurant also overlooks the green mountains and serves a buffet and an a la carte menu with Sri Lankan and Western dishes. Enjoy the glow of the sunset with a cocktail, a glass of wine or a beer from the bar. You can also take a tuk tuk to Ella itself, where there are several good restaurants and bars.
