Situated in a tropical garden – a stone’s throw from the long, white sandy Kata Beach – is the 3,5-star Kata Palm Resort & Spa. The hotel is built in Thai style and, though large, is both cosy and charming.

The rooms are also decorated in Thai style with beautiful wood carvings and lovely patterns on pillows and rugs.
