Discover some of South East Queensland’s most beautiful natural landscapes on this full-day tour to Lamington National Park, part of the UNESCO-protected Gondwana Rainforests – among the oldest rainforests in the world.
From Brisbane, you’ll head south towards Mount Tamborine, dramatically perched above the coast and offering stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Here, you’ll visit the charming Gallery Walk, where delightful boutique shops, art galleries, and local delicacies line the picturesque main street.
The journey then continues to O'Reilly's Canungra Valley Vineyards, idyllically located by the banks of Canungra Creek and surrounded by rolling green hills and lush scenery. There will be time to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings before continuing up into the mountains towards Lamington National Park.
Upon arrival at O'Reilly's Rainforest Retreat, you’ll have the opportunity to buy lunch (at your own expense) at the resort’s restaurant, set right in the heart of the rainforest. After lunch, you can experience the famous Tree Top Walk, where a series of suspension bridges lead you through the rainforest canopy, offering a unique perspective on this fascinating ecosystem.
There will also be time to explore the area around O’Reilly’s and take in the stunning surroundings of Lamington National Park, renowned for its ancient rainforests, spectacular views, and abundant wildlife.
After a day filled with experiences among rainforests, mountain scenery, and beautiful viewpoints, you’ll return to Brisbane.
